Designing Your PATH to Quality - Enduring Ways in the Age of Immediacy

Description:

Designing your Path to Quality is about improving design and construction quality in much less time for less cost than you think.

Brian Palmquist has 40 years experience as an architect, builder, and quality director. Frustrated by complex design and construction quality systems, he recast them into four “enduring ways” easily integrated into any project while complying with rigorous quality standards such as ISO 9001. This presentation will explain how to evaluate your path to quality status and then improve the quality and profitability of your services.

Palmquist has also been involved in the design and implementation of web-based software that manages projects in a quality-conscious fashion on projects ranging up to $2 billion value. He identifies 12 essential attributes for quality-conscious project management in the age of immediacy. This presentation will explain how to identify, evaluate and use “immediacy” software to manage the “enduring ways” that we design and build.
