Social Art of Architecture

Description:

"Engage the community,” you are told. How will you engage the community?  Can a community be engaged in design dialogue without the architect losing control of the design? See how noted architects used the communal responses in award-winning designs.

Take part in an interactive workshop that engages delegates in co-design dialogue for the sustainable future. Four co-design artists will sit with groups of delegates to collaboratively draw their ideas addressing the potential of an existing location in Saint John. A gallery of drawings will be created and displayed to delegates to view and rate.
